CarePortal

CarePortal is a platform that helps connect Christian churches to children and families in crisis in coordination with community members and local social service organizations.

Our Outreach Team at Holy Cross believes that CarePortal promises to give us a local, relational, and practical set of tools to connect directly to the needs of families in our community and a way to mobilize to serve "outside our walls."
