We grow and sell produce and honey locally, with proceeds used to help fund youth mission trips.
7/5/17 - This coming Sunday will have green beans for the first time, plus some onions, pea pods, cilantro, chives.
5/26/17 Update - Strawberries got through bloom without freeze injury! Probably will be available June 15-20 or so. Everything is going to be at least 2-3 weeks later than average as it looks now. Cool and wet spring is to blame. BUT- fruit trees such as plum, apple and pear did not suffer any freeze during bloom and are looking good. Honey crop looks delayed as well.
Beginning sometime in June, sales are on Wednesday afternoons and Sunday Mornings until production ends sometime in October. Later in the summer we also can be found at either the Pine Island or Zumbrota Farmers' markets.
Harvest and sales continue as weather permits, into November or later. Garlic, Honey, and Onions are stored and available until they run out. Here are some of the crops we are planning for this year.
